Greece, through its permanent representative in NATO, has sent a stern demarche to the alliance’s secretary-general, responding to a post by the Allied Land Command (LANDCOM) based in Izmir, Turkey, about the Turkish forces’ day.
The Foreign Ministry said Wednesday that the post in question was “not only distasteful, but also unacceptable.”
