A traffic accident in the northern port city of Thessaloniki on Monday evening claimed the life of a 22-year-old man.
According to police, the car he was driving veered off course under unclear circumstances and collided with the guardrails. The man was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a few hours later.
A preliminary investigation into the causes of the accident is ongoing.
