A 38-year-old bulldozer operator lost his life on Saturday afternoon as a result of an accident while working at a riverbed location on Rhodes.
Reports indicate that the operator was carrying out work in the village Lardos, when, under unclear circumstances, the vehicle overturned, causing fatal injuries.
Authorities were notified, and a preliminary investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the accident.
