Foutrides Chapter #8 is gearing up to host the 2025 Supreme Convention! Hotel rooms are being booked at an unprecedented rate, which will result in a very well-attended and fun-filled weekend. You all should have received the exciting weekend schedule, ad forms, and sponsorship information. Please support the convention efforts by placing an ad or joining in as a sponsor. I highly encourage each chapter, family, and business to participate in submitting an ad to ensure Chapter Foutrides is fully supportive of hosting a successful convention. Membership is due in less than a month! The goal is to have all members pay their Chapter dues by June 2025, so please submit your chapter membership. The Per Capita Chapter dues can be sent to Supreme Treasurer Sophia Facaros no later than July 1, 2025. Automatic renewals and membership payments can be made through our website! Let’s strive to beat last year’s record of 2,086 members strong!! Please don’t run on “Ikarian Time”. Convention Delegate Forms and Chapter Officer Forms have been sent to your chapters to be returned to Supreme Secretary Demetra Tsantes no later than July 1, 2025. If you’re interested in serving as a delegate at the convention, please ensure your membership is submitted and let your chapter know!
The next Pan-Icarian Youth monthly meeting will take place on June 3rd, 8 pm EST – Join HERE (1st Tuesday of the month meeting). If you are planning on being in Ikaria this summer and are interested in volunteering for one of our Ikaria Summer Service Projects, please consider completing our volunteer availability survey to help us better organize our efforts: fill out this survey! We are looking for a chapter to host the 2026 Youth Leadership Conference! Please reach out to the Youth Governor at youth@pan-icarian.com for any questions you may have. All bids are to be submitted no later than August 29th, and the youth will plan to discuss and vote on the bids at the 2025 Supreme Convention. The Supreme Lodge, on behalf of the brotherhood, is sponsoring our 2025 Pan Icarian Brotherhood of America Fundraiser and requesting your generous assistance. We are asking our members and chapters to contribute and donate to this year’s philanthropic project. Please make a tax-deductible donation to help replace the Roof of the Kountouma Village Social Hall, which has been damaged by termites and rain. The Supreme Lodge will hold its 3rd and final meeting of the year on Saturday, June 21st, in Wilmington, NC, hosted by Chapter Therma #10. If you have any concerns or topics you would like the Supreme Lodge to discuss, please reach out to us, and we will add them to our agenda.
