Battery life, speed, privacy protection, as well as personal aspirations, influence consumers’ choices in the smartphone market.
A new survey conducted on behalf of Samsung among 5,001 consumers in five European countries reveals what bothers users most about current devices and which features they seek in their next phone.
Specifically, 66% of survey participants chose their current smartphone with at least one of their interests in mind.
These interests vary, ranging from entertainment and side hobbies to gaming, travel, and content creation. In fact, nearly half (46%) take their aspirations into account when making technology choices, while 24% state that their options are primarily shaped by the life they wish to lead. Furthermore, almost one-third (28%) reported choosing their smartphone to better reflect their personal style.
