Police on Chios are investigating a case in which a woman was defrauded of 608,955 euros in an online scam.
A case file has been prepared against two non-nationals, aged 35 and 27, who, posing as representatives of an investment company, convinced the woman to install remote access software on her computer.
Using her details, the suspects transferred her money to cryptocurrency accounts they had created.
