The Thessaloniki metro will temporarily suspend operations at four stations due to a planned rally marking 13 years since the murder of Pavlos Fyssas on Friday.
Operator THEMA said in an announcement that “following an order from police authorities, operations at Venizelos, Agias Sofias, Sintrivani and Panepistimiio stations will be temporarily suspended starting at 16:00 on Friday, September 18,” adding that “these specific stations will remain closed and trains will pass through without stopping.”
