Dear Sisters and Brothers,
I hope this message finds you well and your family safe. As we continue through the summer season and approach the end of our fiscal year I wanted to remind you of a few important items so you can plan accordingly for the months ahead.
2020 National Convention Rescheduled
Unfortunately, due to the many health concerns and travel restrictions around the world, this year’s national convention in Toronto, Canada has been rescheduled. Our next convention will be held in Cleveland, Ohio in 2021. Cleveland has already made great strides in organizing this event, and it promises to be a memorable reunion.
The Supreme Lodge is in the process of organizing an electronic meeting to present year end reports and information. Details on this event will be provided in the coming weeks.
Memberships
As we continue to practice social distancing and limit our traditional gatherings, it is understandable that the submission of our annual membership per capita has been a secondary thought. This has resulted in the Brotherhood’s current membership numbers being significantly lower than years past. While we know these are difficult times for us all, our membership base is the lifeblood of our great organization and provides the Brotherhood with the ability to continue our mission statement and set new goals for the future.
While we continue to work through this pandemic, I’d like to ask that each of us take a few moments and submit their memberships as soon as possible. As a reminder, you are now able to pay individual & group memberships in two ways:
